Fraud

Did you recently purchase a vehicle that was advertised as accident free, only to determine it had previously been in an accident?

Did you buy an expensive "all original" vehicle, only to determine that you received a "clone" that was sold as the "real deal"?

Our appraisal can help build your case.

We can help determine if your vehicle was misrepresented when you bought it.

An impartial appraisal can help determine what the monetary damages are due to the misrepresentation.

Documentation of the vehicle's value will prevent a court or some attorney from determining what you are entitled to based on the vehicle's worth.

A standard vehicle appraisal includes an assessment of condition and a determination of the fair market value of the vehicle. It provides the documentation required to justify the value during fraud proceedings.

Standard Vehicle Appraisal

$250 plus travel* and tolls

A standard vehicle appraisal provides a value of the vehicle at the current time. We inspect and photograph the condition of the vehicle and collect any information from the owner that could affect its value. We then rate the vehicle on a universal scale of condition.

We research websites, auctions, “For Sale”, publications like “Old Cars”, “NADA” etc., and consult with experts to establish the fair market value range of the vehicle. With all this information, we assess the value of the vehicle and prepare a formal appraisal report.

We are also available for court appearances**, if needed.
